Getting Started with Gambix
Create Your Gambix Account
Create your Gambix admin account. During setup, enter your company details, Close API key, and SIP credentials.
Set Up Close CRM
Log in to your Close dashboard and generate your API key. You'll use this key to securely connect Close with Gambix.
Request SIP Trunk
Contact your telecom provider to get SIP credentials. We recommend using a provider that supports WebRTC.
Install Chrome Extension
Download the Gambix extension from the Chrome Web Store to enable CRM calling features inside Close.
Start Calling Inside Close
The dialer appears directly inside your Close workspace. Make and receive calls instantly, with all activity automatically logged.
